Gunsmith Services

All items left with Serenity Arms for repair or service can only be returned to the same person that delivered the item originally. If someone else needs to pick up your firearm they will be required to complete ATF form 4473 and pass a background check (or provide a qualifying permit). If you order a firearm or any regulated firearm part new or used you will be required to complete ATF form 4473 and pass a background check (or provide a qualifying permit).

Specialty parts (non-factory or rare parts) for repairs or custom work must be paid for in advance. Any outstanding balances must be paid in full prior to return of firearms.

Due to the nature of repair/custom work and dependency on outside vendors to ship parts and supplies, exact completion dates cannot be provided. Serenity Arms is not responsible for incomplete work due to back ordered or cancelled parts or late shipments from outside vendors.

Items not picked up after 30 days of completion will incur a monthly storage fee of $25. Items not picked up after 120 days are subject to forfeiture by Serenity Arms to be resold to recover costs.

You agree to release and indemnify Serenity Arms from any claims or damages incurred from the use of a returned firearm if Serenity Arms is unable to function test a firearm due to having an incomplete firearm or because you request that Serenity Arms not function test the firearm upon completion of the work.

Serenity Arms reserves the right to refuse services to anyone for any reason.

Returns

Non-firearm accessories must be returned unused in the original packaging and are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Special order firearms are non-returnable.
